Close contact monoflap saddles specially created for the cross country phase for all types of horses. A precise fit for the horse and a comfortable, balanced and secure rider position. All saddles are made with our MPS flocking system.
The Amerigo Vega saddle line is made using a specially created synthetic treeincorporating a tempered steel head iron. Reflecting our most popular measurements, it is a very flexible saddle that is suitable for many horses and riders.

Equestrian biomechanics, and the horses’ health, as well as the riders’ needs, represent the main guidelines inspiring the design and custom Italian manufacture of all Amerigo and Amerigo Vega saddles. These values have led to them establishing themselves during the last 23 years in all top level sports from Showjumping and Dressage to Event and Icelandic.
Amerigo Saddles are crafted using top class French and Italian hides. The calfskin is drum-tanned in pure aniline, with only vegetative materials being used in the tanning of the leather. The specially selected hides, which come from environmentally certified tanneries, combine with the meticulous handcrafting, to ensure that every Amerigo saddle becomes a true “Made in Italy” masterpiece.
